Am I guaranteed a bag?
As long as you were a Kickstarter backer you are absolutely guaranteed a bag plus your free pin. If you’re a preorder for a bag you are still guaranteed one but your order may not ship as soon as Kickstarter backers.

When do Pre-Orders close?
Pre-orders will be closing on December 14th. If you still aren’t able to get a bag or an enamel pin please do not worry I will be ordering some extras to sell next year after 70% of backers orders have shipped! Any enamel pins that are leftover/aren’t saved for backers will be listed in my Etsy around early 2022. I’ll have some A-grade options and some B-Grade Options. B-Grade will be cheaper if you wish to wait around for that.

Why is shipping so expensive for my area?
Shipping is still expensive but I’ve set a base price for each country so it’s about 25% to 35% less than what it would have been. I will be making up the difference with any leftover Kickstarter funds. But please realize that I also have to pay for my own packaging and shipping labels in order to send anything and although the Kickstarter does help a lot of the stuff I’ve already ordered because I haven’t received the funds yet. Also, USPS did increase their prices even before the Holiday shipping uptick. But when I ship out the bags next year I shouldn’t be running into any holiday shipping prices!

When do orders lock?
Preorders end December 14th at 12:00pm EST.
I will Lock orders on December 17th!
December 17th will be the date to lock all orders for what you want (you will still be able to change address up till the shipping date for bags, if you got an enamel pin you will need to email me if you need to change the address as I will be trying to ship them out the 18th-21st).
For all Tiers/Preorders, I will be sending a 5-day warning before locking everything you will receive this warning on December 13th! Because I will lock orders on the 17th that means your cards will be charged for any extra costs (shipping, preorders, add-ons).

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
